Common Parts refurbishment together with CAT A Fit-out of the Office Space over four floors.  


Complete refurbishment of the common parts areas compiling back to shell strip out, new finishes throughout, ceilings, walls, floors, lighting and FF&E.


The reception area was very small and the entrance non-descript from the outside so the introduction of a lightbox surround to the entrance doors has helped increase the buildings presence within the streetscape.
