The property comprises of two modern bridge linked office buildings constructed circa 1990 providing office accommodation over lower ground, ground and four upper floors.
Complete refurbishment of the common parts areas compiling back to shell strip out, new finishes throughout, ceilings, walls, floors, lighting and FF&E. Replacement structural glass facades together with new entrance canopies and signage.
Phases two and three will consist of the renewal off the cooling system in addition to CAT A refurbishment of the offices.
