Residential extension

Our client employed us to remodel and extend their property  in order to move away from the constraints of the original layout and to be able to enjoy the  benefits of modern day living.


The works comprised of a vertical extension to the existing garage block which includes a new guest bedroom and en-suite, a link extension to form a breakfast room  with direct access to the garden via sliding folding doors creating an inside/outside space.


A modern side extension  featuring a fully glazed front elevation which houses a study to the front and a games room to the rear completes the project, together with the complete  redesign and refurbishment of the existing ground floor.
