Summer 2012














An Olympic Summer


The summer has been a very busy one for us at sevenamdesign.  


We have seen a number of fit-out projects in the City completed for Threadneedle Property Investments, 32 Ludgate Hill and 14 Austin Friars.  Both projects have transformed the properties and have resulted in the vacant spaces being immediately let.


In this Olympic year we are extremely proud to have designed and submitted a planning application for a new roof terrace enclosure at Wembley Stadium. Its prominent position on the front of the stadium will ensure that the space is used all year round.
